Bumper Offer (Telugu: బంపర్ ఆఫర్) is a 2009 Telugu film directed by Jaya Ravindra. The film stars Sairam Shankar and Bindu Madhavi in the lead roles. Music of the film was composed by Raghu Kunche. Puri Jagannadh produced this film, apart from writing the story and the dialogues. The film released on 23 October 2009.

Told through the eyes of the people who witnessed it and with never-before-seen footage that has never been seen before, BACK ON BADSTREET is a documentary celebrating the 30th anniversary of the song, “Badstreet USA,” and the people that made it happen. The documentary focuses primarily on the two songwriters, Michael Hayes, “The Singing Wrestler,” and Jimmy Papa, “The Drumming Drummer.” Together they wrote a song that introduced the world to a brand new genre in musical history. While not exactly Baroque or Jazz, this new genre was called Rock ‘N’ Wrestling! It’s a tale as old as time — if time only existed for the last 30 years. It is BACK ON BADSTREET!

Chris Tarrant hosts the outrageous show with outrageous, disgusting and rather naughty clips from all over the world. Clips vary from a Japanese crying contest, to a profane North Korean propaganda film, and an advert showing eggs being fired from an unusual place... May contain nudity, strong language, crude humour and violence.

In a very psychedelic, pop art-inspired "room", we see to the right two picture frames with two fists made to look like faces (wearing a hat, some googly eyes, and painted-on "lips") and to the left a picture frame with the Nick logo in it. Two eyes, glasses, dentures and a tie drop down to the middle of the screen and float and bounce around while remaining in place to look like a face. As the colors of the background and even the Nick picture frame continually flash and change throughout the bumper, the fists do the "Nick Nick Nick" section of the Nickelodeon theme, with the Pinchface saying "Nickelodeon" (as it does this, the picture frame reads "Nickelodeon" instead of "Nick"). After the second time the Pinchface says "NickelOOOOOOdeOOOOON!", an orange background with "Nickelodeon" on it flashes three times.
